Tibly vs v0

v0 is a very good tool if you write code. Tibly is for the business owner who does not and should not have to: the site is built, hosted, and edited by clicking it, and it tracks whether AI assistants recommend your business. The choice is mostly a question about you, not about the products.

The short version

Where each one is the better choice, stated plainly.

Choose Tibly when

Choose Tibly if you are not going to open a code editor. The site is built, hosted, and edited by clicking it, it tracks whether ChatGPT and Google name your business, and it comes with the invoicing a business needs after launch.

Choose v0 when

Choose v0 if you write code and are building inside an existing project. Generating a React component that drops into your Next.js app, matches your design system, and lives in your repository is exactly what v0 is for, and no hosted site builder is a substitute for that.

Who is each one actually for?

v0 is a developer tool that happens to produce visual output. It assumes you have a project, a stack, and somewhere to deploy, and its value is how well the generated code slots into all three. Tibly assumes the opposite: no project, no stack, no deployment target, and no interest in acquiring any. If the sentence 'push it to your repo and deploy' describes a normal afternoon for you, v0 is likely the better tool and this comparison is straightforward. If that sentence is four unfamiliar decisions, that is not a knowledge gap to fix, it is a signal that you want the other kind of product.

Can you build a business website with v0?

Yes, and people do. You will get well-built pages, because the code quality is good and the output is genuinely modern. What you will also get is everything that comes after: choosing a host, configuring a domain, setting up analytics, wiring a contact form to somewhere, adding payments if you need them, and owning the dependency updates from then on. For a developer that is an hour and a familiar routine. For a business owner it is the reason the site launches in March and is never touched again. The generation step was never the hard part of having a website.

What happens after launch?

This is where the two products stop resembling each other at all. With v0 the deliverable is the code, and everything downstream is yours. With Tibly, launch is roughly the middle: the site is hosted, you edit it by clicking, and the platform then runs a daily scan of whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews recommend your business, shows the questions where you are missing, and turns those into pages. That loop is the actual product. If you never wanted a loop and just wanted a nice page in your repo, v0 delivers that faster and you should take it.

Common questions

Is v0 good for a small business website?
It is good at generating the pages and leaves everything else to you: hosting, domain setup, forms, payments, and ongoing dependency updates. That is straightforward for a developer and a poor fit for a business owner who wants a website rather than a project.
Do I need to know how to code to use Tibly?
No. Tibly is built for owners with no technical background. You describe the business or paste your current site's address, the site goes live with hosting and a custom domain, and you edit it by clicking the thing you want to change on the live page.
Can Tibly generate React components for my app?
No. Tibly produces complete hosted websites, not code you drop into an existing project. If you need components that fit your stack and design system and live in your repository, v0 is the right tool and Tibly is not a substitute.
Does v0 handle SEO or AI search visibility?
No. v0 generates code and does not measure whether search engines or AI assistants recommend your business. Getting named in AI answers depends on publishing pages that answer real customer questions and on details that corroborate across your reviews and listings, which is separate work.
