- What hours can I call?
- Live phone coverage is 8am–6pm Pacific, Monday through Friday. Outside those hours leave a voicemail or email us — we typically reply within an hour during business days and same-day on weekends.
- What should I have ready for a demo?
- The metros you sell into, the project types you pursue, and (optionally) two or three GCs / owners you'd love deep research on. We pull those up live so the demo is on your actual pipeline.
- Do you offer paid pilots?
- Yes. Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Pro trial. If you need a longer paid pilot — particularly for procurement-heavy organisations — sales@tibly.ai can scope one.
- I'm a current customer with a support question.
- Email hello@tibly.ai or use the in-app chat from your workspace. For account or billing issues, sales@tibly.ai routes you to a founder.
