- What hours can I call?
- Live phone coverage is 8am–6pm Pacific, Monday through Friday. Outside those hours, leave a voicemail or email us. We typically reply within an hour during business days and same-day on weekends.
- What should I have ready for a demo?
- Your company name, your city, and the two or three competitors you care about. We run your AI visibility report live on the call, so the demo is about your actual market, not a canned deck.
- Do you offer paid pilots?
- We don't offer free trials, but every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. If you need a paid pilot, especially for procurement-heavy organisations, sales@tibly.ai can scope one.
- I'm a current customer with a support question.
