- Do I have to leave Airbnb to use Tibly?
- No, and most hosts should not. The listing platforms are good at reach, and that is worth keeping. Tibly is the surface you own alongside them: the brand, the direct guests, the packages, and the email list. Run both and shift the mix over time.
- Does Tibly handle nightly booking and calendar sync?
- Not yet, and we would rather say so plainly. Today Tibly runs your site, captures date requests and event inquiries, sells packages and add-ons, and takes deposits and payments through Stripe. A nightly availability calendar with two-way Airbnb and VRBO sync is the next thing we are building. If that is your blocker, talk to us, because we are choosing design partners for it now.
- What can I actually sell on day one?
- Experience and occasion packages with real checkout, event deposits and invoices, add-ons like a photographer or a stocked fridge, and gift certificates. Stay inquiries come into your inbox and you confirm them yourself, the way most boutique properties already work.
- Can I use the site I already have?
- Yes. Import your existing site and Tibly rebuilds it as something you can edit yourself, or start fresh from a description of the property. Either way you keep your domain.
- I am not technical. Is this actually manageable?
- That is the whole design goal. There is no CMS to log into and no developer to schedule. You click the part of the page you want to change and type, and it saves. If you can use a Google Doc, you can run the site.
